1. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP):

3 times a week, total 12 individual sessions. This 30-day program is designed for people:
  • Who are experiencing high levels of anxiety, depression; or are battling with PTSD or addictions.

  • Who have history of relapses, and are unable to make reasonable progress in traditional weekly therapy treatment.

  • Who are considering entering an inpatient facility but lack necessary financial resources or unable to leave work or family for extended periods.

  • Who desire to do whatever it takes to get well, and willing to make this 30-day treatment as a spiritual investment.

 

2. After Care Program:

once-a-week then down to once-a-month, on-going. This program is designed for people who have graduated from the 30-day Intensive Outpatient Program provided by Transformation From Within. You will be provided on-going support as long as you choose to stay in this program.

 

3. Weekly therapy treatment:

Once a week, on going.  Weekly therapy treatment is designed for people:

  • Who are experiencing moderate level of anxiety, depression, or are battling with PTSD or addictions
    .
  • Who have experienced a period of time of sobriety, but need on going therapeutic support to stay on track.

  • Who are experiencing situational stress, and are in need of effective coping skills.

 

4. Meditation CD:

Meditation for Success is a guided meditation CD for beginners seeking to quickly learn and gain the benefits from regular meditation. Benefits from spending at least 10 minutes a day meditation may include body and mind rejuvenation, deep relaxation, better sleep and mental focus, mind programming, enhanced relationships and increased success in career, business and sports.   • Inner Twin Work: connect to your Authentic self.

  • Identify feelings, accept feelings and process feelings.

  • Symptoms of Shame: how to let go of toxic shame.

  • Increase awareness of my need to be in control: choose to be host of God, not hostage of my fear (Ego).

  • Meditation: 1. Letting go 2. Strong determination.

  • Identify and process target memories: childhood/adulthood trauma-- EMDR.

  • Anger Management 101: Mindfulness, Stress Tolerance, Personal Effectiveness, and Emotional regulation (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).

  • Distorted thinking patterns:CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy)

  • Effective Communication Skills: Level feelings, boundary setting, make amends, forgiveness and appreciation.
