  1. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT):
    This therapy provides tools to help you deal with mood swings, crisis situations, relationship related issues, as well as creating a space where you feel at peace within yourself.  It includes the following four parts of teaching: mindfulness, stress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation.

  2. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT):
    This therapy provides you tools to examine your unhealthy thinking patterns and increase your ability to change your thoughts, therefore change your life!

  3. Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy:
    A powerful treatment for people with acute anxiety, depression and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). My clients have reported at the end of EMDR sessions that disturbing memories become neutral, and they can now move on and continue their journeys of self-empowerment.

  4. Inner Twin Work:
    My signature therapy work.  You’ll be facilitated to get in touch with your authentic self, and start to have a loving and nurturing relationship with yourself.  At the end of these sessions, my clients have reported feeling whole and complete, energized and no longer feeling lonely or having the need to look for validation from the external world.
